great service
before I open my car door a service rep is there to greet me and take care of business. I have dealt with Don Snuffer a couple of times and really think he could easily work in Las Vegas as a concierge. He pays close attention to every little detail and makes you feel as if you are a high roller. He really demonstrates a great deal of passion in his work.

Horrible experience!! Bad repair on my car unsafe driving
I had a bad experience on my car because they did not repair my car ver well, I almost had a big accident because that was a really bad reparation

Great Work!
I had damage to my car due to a small accident! I decided to take my car to Hamilton Collision Center. My decision to take it there was based on a previous car buying experience with Hamilton. Todd, the collision specialist I spoke with was very courteous and friendly. He looked at my car and told me he could have it completed in a 7 day period. An estimate from another collision place told me 3 weeks. That was unacceptable, my car was not that heavily damaged. I told Todd to have the work done and he had it ready one day earlier than I had expected. My car looked great and the work was exceptional. They even cleaned the car inside and out which I had not expected, I was surprised and thrilled with that as an extra perk. Todd was also able to save me some out of pocket expense from the insurance companies original estimate. I am totally satisfied with the job that Hamilton performed on my vehicle. I will do further business with Hamilton if ever i need it in the future. Thanks to Todd and his staff for a job well done.

Oil change surprise
I have been getting my oil change done at Hamilton nissan on my VW Beetle for 7 years. We have the family plan so my oil change is usually around $20.00. Yesterday I took my beetle in and to my shock he asked me for $49.50. I asked why and he said it’s the type of oil. They used 5w40 but they have always used 5w30 historically. He says they must have been out so they used the other oil. I asked why they did not ask me first since the price was more than double what I expected. He called the garage and they told me that VW recommended 5w40 so I asked if then they had been doing it wrong for 7 years and she said yes I guess so. I am really disappointed in the service and the shock that I received. I will be shopping around from now on.

I apologized for the confusion. Today, I am refunding you the difference between the cost of regular and synthetic. Again, thank you for letting us know and giving us a chance to remedy.
