I left the car the night before with instructions in the drop off envelope, two items were overlooked: new wipers and batteries for the keys. I spent $400 on maintenance to keep my dealership for life . This is the second time the batteries for the keys were overlooked. I don't like to be critical but you asked. Regards, RDO

I am sorry for the missed items and the inconvenience. I would like to make this right. Please call me direct at 240-420-8232 to schedule the new wipers and the installation of the battery for the remote. Patty Clark
Great service but at a loss
I purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima at Hamilton Nissan which I dont regret. However now realizing Altimas 2013 through 2015 are having issues with the headlamp assembly I inquired about that when I was there for my oil change and got absolutely nowhere, even providing documentation from a class action lawsuit that's been filed online. I guess I'm not sure what I was looking for but some type of suggestion, and I got nothing. I've already registered a complaint with Nissan since it should be a recall however until they do something I will continue to drive my unsafe vehicle at night or not be able to drive after dark. Again reading the literature and providing suggestions would have been appreciated.

Accurate and friendly customer service
They took the time to explain the problems with my vehicle, including the mechanic working on it. They also provided me a courtesy shuttle to work while it was being fixed, and washed and cleaned my vehicle. I thought they did a very good job!

Great experience!
I went in to get an oil change. The service was great. I had an issue with the auto up feature of my window. They were able to fix it very quickly. I had 2 other warranty issues and they fixed them for me also. The parts were ordered and replaced within a day. I really enjoy the service provided at Hamilton Nissan!

Always an excellent experience
They push nothing extra on you but what needs to be done as requested. They keep you updated on when certain work should be done because of mileage.
