I have such great confidence in the service department to keep my Audi A5 in perfect condition. I've owned it for almost 12 years and love driving it. Hector has been especially nice, friendly and always explains exactly what needs to be done.

I have an electrical problem they can't fix for almost a
I have an electrical problem they can't fix for almost a year now. Audi america say no fix for a Audi Q7 2021 with only 15 thousand miles. (Greyed out shortcut button and missing A/C sync button. Unacceptable and Neilo Audi became rude when I questioned the ethics.

poor customer service. I feel like a number and not a person. I try to avoid going when possible. Dain did not help me. He is courteous and I have been helped by him in the past. I was assisted by Omead Anwar, who I would I would prefer to avoid and not be serviced by him ever. (please)

Thanks to all the assistance I received from Tatyana Homackiit was much less stressful. She was kind, cool and actually felt her concern. She very much loves what she does and is over-the-top helpful for her customers. Thank you Tatyana. Employees like her will keep your customers returning. She deserves a BONUS. I have no complaints about Niello Audi Auburn CA but do have complaints to Audi Headquarters on their lack of communication!!!
