Dain has been my service person since my first Audi years ago. He has made every Audi visit comfortable and taken great care of both my Audi Allroad and A3 services. The cars look great when finished now that Niello is again washing cars after service. This last service was excellent.

Salesperson (Dianne) was great - knowledgeable about
Salesperson (Dianne) was great - knowledgeable about vehicle and sales process, helpful before, during and after sale. She went the extra mile to help me remove a bike rack from my trade-in the next day. Armando took forever with the people prior to us (and it was a cash sale) - we waited 2 hr for him to finish with them. Our sale was also cash, but we weren't able to leave dealership until 10:30 PM because of him being the only finance person onsite, and due to the time he took with buyers prior to us. Also, he neglected to give us a temporary registration for the windshield and another document, so we had to return to the dealership to pick up registration another day (but signed the other document online).

Had a great experience with James - was flexible in allowing me to test drive my vehicle multiple times to ensure it was the right fit. He and his team were friendly and very professional. Will definitely keep them in mind for future vehicle purchases!
