Impressed that focus is on service and not upselling.

Impressed that focus is on service and not upselling. I had a warranty covered issue that was fixed, but reoccured several days later. Because it hadn’t been fixed the first time, staff picked up my car from my house, leaving me with a rental car and then returned my car after it was fixed. All at no cost to me. It was clear their objective was to keep me happy.

I have not had a bad or poor experience with service ag Niello AUDI. I can actually say my service experience at Niello has been excellent. AUDI service anywhere can be expensive which I attribute to user primarily and brand (slightly)
