The sale and Manager is a scam.

The sale and Manager is a scam. We told them we will buy the car pay in full for $7,000 dollars. They made my 2 kids to get for their Social security number. Once we finished the whole process. Then they add almost 3 thousand dollar for some crazy tracking devices for this old car.

Such a professional dealership and very trustworthy.

Such a professional dealership and very trustworthy. And Cain is the best. He has kept checking in with me over the years. So glad I can rely on Niello for sales and service.

We only needed a decal (etron) for the charging door to

We only needed a decal (etron) for the charging door to be put in and were told it would take less than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were told it was done and we were waiting on paperwork. After 30 minutes we asked if the paperwork was ready, no just 5 more minutes. Dain went and helped another customer for 20 minutes. After waiting over an hour, Dain put the paperwork through (taking less than 2 minutes) and we were allowed to sign and leave. Seemed like low situational awareness and that we could have been pushed through much more quickly all things considered.

I had a concern about the oil level in my A4 and whether

I had a concern about the oil level in my A4 and whether the oil sensor was working. I did not have an appointment, but they took it into the shop and used a oil dipstick to determine the oil level was correct. Thanks for the friendly service provided. I will always use Niello Audi to service my car.
