They are always punctual on my pick up and return - as well as the car service. Always willing to squeeze me in - and still get it done early.

Total bill was $1125 yet did not want to honor two coupons. After debate reluctantly took second coupon. After discussion, manager walked away very annoyed. Also, never got the free car wash I was offered when I checked in.

I took my car to the service depart for a $50 oil change - it ended up costing me another few hundred dollars to have their mess fixed!

Mechanic William Smith is honest and reliable . Explains everything and is trustworthy. I will only come to him for my service and have also recommended him to everyone I know !!!

Lauren was friendly and pleasant and easy to work with. She helped me purchase the vehicle I wanted with all the features (options) I wanted. It can be confusing with all the different options but she was very helpful and knowledgeable steering me to the right vehicle.

Buying a car from Team Toyota was a great experience however the service team is amazing. I would like to point out that Mr. Stover was great he would get 10-10 on any survey... I just wish I would have got one. Everybody under him were wonderful.

I brought my Prius Prime to Team Toyota to repair a slow leak in a tire. Marie informed me that tire could be patched, however the mechanic discovered damage to another tire and reccomended replacement. Marie arranged a discount price for two new tires.The installation was soon completed.

This trip was easy because it was just an inspection but even when something more is at stake, I am grateful to be with Team Toyota - my car is ten years old and things are starting to happen- sensors giving out, valves needing to be replaced, transmission needs help - but I have never been let down by Team Toyota. If something happens on my way to work they will tell me to come in, no appointment needed. When I have needed more extensive work they have developed a cost effective plan to priorotize the work or see if a smaller fix might do the trick. I recommend them highly!
