I think 1.5 hours for just simple oil change is a long time. They will recommend to fix or change stuff in car but will not put it in writing

My dad bought a 2019 Highlander from Harshaan Athwal. Harshaan took his time and was extremely patient with my father. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Overall Harshaan’s customer service is top notch.

I have had great experiences with the dealer service at Team Toyota of Glen Mills, PA. I know I can count on my Service Advisor, Chris Hihn as well as others in their Service Dept. to provide great service and advice on what is needed to keep our cars in top shape. They also provide coupons which are great when repairs are needed.

I have bought and leased several vehicles from Carousel/Team Toyota of Glen Mills. I've always loved all of my Toyota's and the customer service I've always received. I recently had an issue with the tires on my Toyota Sienna and after only having 18,000 miles on my leased Sienna, I gave the service department at Team Toyota a call. Randy in the tire department was extremely attentive to my issue and was very understanding. I later brought the vehicle in and met with Randy and the service department manager, Joe. After a bit of going back and forth, Joe and Randy were able to go above and beyond and help me with my situation. These two men are part of the reason me and my husband will both be leasing Toyota's again. Thank you Joe and Randy for helping me and making a really stressful day turn around.

Got a great price. Sales person was preoccupied and multi tasking not giving me adequate attention.Making process longer than needed. I didn’t buy extended warranty from salesperson or manager. Gave me more attention trying to convince me to buy extras as opposed to the sale of the car.

I found a vehicle I wanted and these guys put it together to make it happen! Couldn't be happier. I'm part of the Team now!

Quick and efficient Solved the problem and found more to fix. Good communication with us on timing of the fixes. Wish they didn't find so many issues though.
