ALWAYS GREAT
IN OUR HOUSEHOLD OF SEVEN DRIVERS THERE ARE FIVE TOYOTAS. FOUR WERE PURCHASED FROM TEAM TOYOTA IN CONCORDVILLE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SERVICED BY TEAM TOYOTA SO WE KNOW WE ARE GETTING THE CORRECT SERVICING.. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM OR QUESTION AND THEY ALWAYS ASK FOR DOING ANY REPAIRS. I AM SURE THIS OUTSTANDING CARE AND SERVICING WILL CONTINUE. IT IS ALWAYS GOOD DOING BUSINESS WITH TEAM TOYOTA.

Not the greatest
Customer service representatives are have the attitude when you ask them for anything. Service is terrible just for oil change. And it’s not just one time. All the time. I have multiple vehicles and I don’t see this type of service anywhere else. I am ready to go to Sloan in Malvern where my spouse takes her vehicles. I am disappointed to say the least.

mileage service and state inspection
The service person was Mike Stover and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He advised the estimated time of repair and it was very accurate. He asked if we wanted the car washed and afterward if we wanted to set up the next appointment.

Purchased new 2019 Land Cruiser from this dealer. From first contact they were professional, polite and friendly. The sales person Eric Bausman was great and very professional. Eric gave me couple of options for buying the car with different prices. In day X I just came signed all paperwork and that's it. The price was the same what I got online. No tricks, no pressing easy and fast. That was my fastest a car purchase. It's took about 1,5 hours. Super! Will see when I get a registration and tags. I'm living in Maryland ( a dealership located in PA ) that's why they were unable to make a registration with tags in same day. I should receive all this things by mail. Now I have a temporary tags for 60 days. So, I will update my review when I get everything else. Overall it was a great experience with this dealership and personally Eric Bausman. THANKS

Seat repair under Procall program
During routine scheduled service asked that a hole in rear seat be repaired under Procall coverage. Was told photos would be taken and reviewed for approval. A month later after no follow up, I called for an update and was eventually scheduled for a repair of the seat. No follow up is disappointing, and trying to explain why I called for a response was also confusing.

Very good and timely repair to my vehicle
Team Toyota did a great job repairing my 2017 Toyota RAV4. I received updates along the way from AJ in the collision dept. and my car’s repairs were completed in exactly two weeks.
