I loved Lauren she was the best she made my experience of pu

I loved Lauren, she made my car buying experience enjoyable rather then stressful. She was very good at her job. She was patient and made me feel comfortable and confident.

Excellent

Overall a very good experience, very friendly, very responsive, very clean, very bright, 25 words too much to require, salesmen was very friendly and responsive but went way too fast explaining all the buttons, options of car.

Professional and very efficient!

Friendly and timely service. Waiting facilities were comfortable. Kept informed. Service advisors skilled and professional.Saturday appointments are very convenient for my schedule. Love the free car wash 😀

Stress free buying experience

The overall experience was very friendly and pressure-free. Nic Garcia was very helpful in the whole process. The car was delivered when promised. Overall a good experience

Terrible

Greeted with an attitude, had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and when I was told the car was ready, the oil change was not done, waited another 30 minutes for that. Very disappointed.

Nice work but no cigar.

Salesman was great. Financial was efficient. So, why no 5 star? Promised a 50 dollar visa gift card just to take test ride. You guys reneged. That’s what got me in your dealership in the first place. Not nice to fib! Gordon Salvitti

Very good

Great dealership very professional and friendly people. My salesperson Dave Castor made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and had the vehicle detailed and gave me a full tank of gas before I took the car off the dealer lot.

Not Recommended!

Service manager didn’t call me back as he promised, service left my hood unlatched and issues with my brakes that I didn’t have before I went there. All this for an air bag recall.
