Did not complete or provide multi point inspection summary as usually provided Tech said didnt need tire rotation as requested because the "good" tires are on the front. Well all four tire were replaced 5k ago and it's a 4WD truck, so let's rotate please. Service was mid to late November and tech couldn't give me a December sticker?

The purchase of the Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. Our sales person Nic was knowledgeable regarding the truck, it’s specifications and financial information relevant to what we were trying to accomplish and found is a truck that matched our criteria. The sales manager made a fantastic deal and the process for signing the paperwork was seemless. I have purchased many cars over the years and this dealership and it’s staff just does everything well. I do not believe low tread tires will make a loud sound in the vehicle cabin. It is only audible when the vehicle goes 65 to 70 mph
