Great service

They listen to my concern and made a reasonable estimate for repair. I have yet to have the repair which is scheduled for next week..

Excellent customer serivce

The service representatives, Kelsey Lane and Christina Winters, are my number one reason for coming to Glenn Mills Toyota. Even though I do get rewards for servicing my cars there, I live only 2 miles from a Toyota dealership in Newark, DE, so it is much more convenient for me to go to the local dealer; however, those two excellent representatives and the excellent mechanics you have at the dealership keep me coming back. My sister and brother-in-law also come for service at Glen Mills. (Cooke family - bought their cars there, too) I am also trying to convince another family member to take her car to your dealership even though the dealer she currently uses is much closer to her home. Glen Mills Toyota is exceptional and is my go-to dealership for excellent service!!

Nice friendly service

I love the fact that when you come in the service reception door there is a person there to direct you to one of the people behind the counters. By name.

Good service center.

The use of a loaner was appreciated since the service took much longer than expected. The waiting area is comfortable.

Routine oil and filter change and multi-point

I really appreciate the fact that I can drop my car off for service and get a ride to work (about a mile away) in the courtesy van. Also, I can arrange to be picked up too.

Great experience

Our sales person, Llloyd Hudson, was very helpful through the purchase. We identified the car selection down to the colors and although it was not a stock item, he brought the car in and in a timely fashion. He was highly professional and very down to earth.
