Excellent service

Very knowledgeable sales person (Robert Urban). He was very easy to work with, returned my calls quickly, did not pressure me and was concerned with my needs.

Great car buying experience from Team Toyota of Glen Mills

Just bought our Camry last night. I had visited two other Toyota dealers in our area before we came to Team Toyota of Glen Mills. The environment is not flashy but very welcoming and friendly. We met the new salesman Jeremy Woods and he is wonderful! We are honored to becoming the customer of his very first sale. Sales Manager Shannon Cross is just awesome. She is very sincere, honest, and straightforward. She went out of her way to keep us comfortable and satisfied. They made the otherwise stressful situation actually pleasant. I surprised myself I would put "car buying" and "pleasant" in the same sentence but that is the true feeling at Team Toyota of Glen Mills. We know where we should go when we need to replace the other old car.

Good service, without appointment too.

I had a noise from the new brakes installed last week, and came in without an appointment. The service guy got my Tundra in within a half hour to see what the problem was. They stated it was a "known problem" that happens after a brake job, and it would take a few hours to fix it. They gave me the option to wait for it, or make an appointment to come back. I chose to wait, and after about 3 1/2 hours they had it fixed. No noise is good noise. The only problem I have with the situation, is that Toyota engineers didn't come up with a factory solution from the beginning, and also that the guy who did the brake job should have heard the noise during his road test after replacing the brakes.
