#1 Accessories & Consumer Rel. Dep. Great service!

How friendly the accessories and service staff were. Dominic and AJ happily answered all my questions thoroughly and were very patient with me. The installations looked great. Due to my great experience with the two departments I would bring my suv to the Glen Mills Team Toyota instead of one that is closer to me. I also appreciated the fact that consumer relations department followed-up with me after my previous experience with sales to rectify the problem. It certainly made me feel as though the company cares about their consumers.

This was our 4th car we got from Toyota everybody gave us a great experience. Thanks to all at used car lot

had what I wanted

Fairly quick, no pressure, had as close to what I wanted as Toyota offers, decent trade in and incentives. Shame the manufacturer is discontinuing the Venza. Probably would not be the case if it had been marketed at a lower price point around what I paid instead of the insane MSRP on the car.

Efficient sales team

Knowledgeable, listened, not pushy.-----Not going to write a book. My four words were a very positive review. Your required 20 words was a huge negative and comes close to causing me to retract my positive evaluation. You should stop that demand!

Made it easy to get servicing

Efficient in servicing my car. Discussed future service needs before leaving. No problems with operation of my car since the visit.. Easy to deal with the service people.

Great and friendly service

My car broke down in Aston, I called team Toyota to see if I could have it towed there and grab a rental, Mitch was super friendly and totally accommodating. Service was speedy, and every team member awesome.

Quick walk-in service

Walk-in, unscheduled, service was taken immediately. Since it was just a basic oil change and filter, I was done and back home so quickly that my wife thought I had not been able to get the service on that day!

Very professional staff. All service and recommendations explained fully. My 10 year old Toyota will be with me for at least 10 more years.
