Lauren made it a very easy and pleasant transaction! Everyone I encountered was very helpful, as I was trying to replace a totaled car and had not yet received my insurance check. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! THANKS TEAM TOYOTA!

Quick service. Friendly personnel

Everyone was very friendly. Service is done in a timely and professional manner. Nice, clean waiting area. Very efficient sign-in process.

Awesome Toyota Dealership

the sales person showed me all the cars on the lot that was the same type of vehicle I was interested in. He made sure I knew everything that was available which helped me decide what was most important. he wasn't pushy but was patient. you had tons of employees helping everyone instead of little employees to help out. Everything was fast. I don't like going to a dealership and waiting a long time.

Responsive Service

The service technician responded positively to my request for a lamp failure of the sun visor. The lamp now works as it should have when the vehicle was purchased new.

Pleasant new car buying experience

Purchased a new 2015 Toyota Highlander in August with assistance of sales consultant Sandro Prada and sales manager Dan Rivera. Sandro provided us with an extensive test drive to include the vehicle's capabilities and once again when we picked up the vehicle. Never had a salesperson before who took the time he did to make sure we were familiar with all aspects of the vehicle and even marked sections of the owner manuals to important material. He indicated he wanted us to be sure we were making the right choice in vehicles and he was the main reason we choose the Highlander. Sandro along with Dan's assistance provided us with a very fair deal both on the new vehicle and our trade in. Greatly appreciated the professionism of both Sandro and Dan.
