Piazza All Day Long !!

Jeremy is hands down the best deal maker I've ever known. How he has moved up in a dealership is the reason why. The best attitude, sensitive to customers needs, and how he conducts himself on the daily is why I would go nowhere but Piazza Honda. I have sent just about everyone I know to Jeremy to get the car of their dreams....Piazza always comes through.

Beware of the service from the sales department

I was happy with the deal. The problem started five days after. In my humble opinion the Piazza advantage is worthless. Only because the dealership doesn’t care to enforce it. In fact they hide when called to honor it. They are good at hiding though. Shame is I thought the deal was good. I was very happy with my salesman. I had a few concerns about the car and the service department handled them all with great efficiency. They just don’t like to honor their own Piazza Advantage program. They owe thousands of past customers car washes when their car is in for service. Try to get one and your looked at as if you have three heads. Worst management I’ve ever come across. Phone skills are horrible. And the shame is I was very pleased until I bought up the Piazza Advantage to them. They would be better off doing away with it. If you don’t plan on honoring it just do away with it completely. One other thing. The dealership in my opinion did something so I never got a survey from Honda about my new car purchase. I always got surveys for the eight other new Honda’s I purchased from other Honda dealerships. My guess and opinion is they weren’t interested in an honest rating but only one that favored them.

Oil changes and parts

Mike Piazza's has always valued its customers and their work. Every visit I have had there has been a great experience, from the time I bought my car from Jeremy Lynes and through every service experience. The one bad experience they strove to make it correct immediately. The 30 minute oil change took closer to an hour, they discounted the oil change to half the cost as an apology. Most dealerships use excuses and don't care to make it right, Mike Piazza is the opposite.

Great customer service

We bought a crv back in 2014 we had great customer service and Jeremy lynes is top notch they took care of everything we were in and out with no issues and would def buy from them again!! A+

Quick and reliable!

I would highly recommend Jeremy Lynes and his team to anyone looking for a new car or just a great dealership experience. Jeremy treated me like I was family within the short time I spent talking with him! I went in knowing what I wanted I had a price in mind and they mad it happen. I know I will definitely be back!

Jeremy LYNES was very polite, understanding, with patience.

The minute I met Jeremy , he was very patient with me. I tried driving several cars. He listened to all my complaints. (bad back) being short and needed to see over hood of the car. He was able to answer all my questions. He is one special person. No hard sales. Thank you Jeremy

Amazed and Happy

Jeremy Lynes helped me get a cat after mine got totaled. Seems easy enough, except I'd been declined by EVERY bank possible. But he made it happen. He worked his butt off, He knew I had a daughter and needed a safe vehicle. Thanks Jeremy!

Wonderful & Honest Experience

I came to this dealership nervous and quite honestly scared. Eric was the salesman that took me under his wing and directed me to the car that best fits me. I still didn’t know whether to finance, lease, how long, etc. Eric & his team really made me feel comfortable after I had him run all of my options. He gave me time to think and process all of the information. Now I am a very happy brand new car owner with no more stress!
