A great experience
This was the fourth dealer I checked in looking for a certified pre-owned 2016 Accord because it was the farthest from my residence. It should have been my first. The car was in great condition and Sal was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to give me the hard sell. I think he knew I'd love the car when I drove it. The dealer wasn't terribly willing to negotiate on price, which was fine, they were already the best price within 50 miles. Got me out the door, including tags, title, and registration, under my budget. While I hopefully won't be going back for a car anytime soon, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a CPO car.

Outstanding Service
I was a GM customer for many years and my wife was Mazda customer for over 20 years, in 2015 we were looking for a new car and had gone to many different car dealers and we came to Piazza Honda and met Jimmy who sold us our first Honda and now we came back and bought our second Honda we will continue dealing with Piazza as long as Jimmy is working for them.

Very inconvenient; didn't have my car all weekend
My car was scheduled for inspection on Saturday at 9am but it did not even get looked at until Monday at 8am. No one from the service center informed me that this was going to happen. I had to call and speak to a manager but they could not do anything about it. I still had to pay full price and they acted as if they did nothing wrong.

Repair work was done for front end damage . The car shaking at 60-65 mph. Been trying to contact service but not returning phone calls.

Smart service you can trust
The service advisor and tech were helpful in assessing what was needed for my car. Being part of the discussion and evaluation is important to me and I credit the service advisor Michael Russo for his approach in welcoming my questions and helping me get the answers I needed. The service manager honored an expired coupon. And although I didn’t need them this time, the body shop staff (Ron Dworsky) has been very helpful, as has the Express Service crew. Keep up the great service - this is why I keep coming back to Mike Piazza Honda!!
