Impressive customer service

Mike Russo at Piazza Honda was my advisor. My scheduled service was completed in a satisfactory manner and on time. Mike was professional, has a love and knowledge of cars, was pleasant, positive, and informative. My service took a little longer than expected due to an additional software upgrade (high beam activation) unknown when service was conducted due to the update being only 2 days old. It resolved the issue I was having with the high beams automatically activating. Also,the pretzels provided while you wait make the wait more enjoyable. You are lucky to have Mike as part of the Piazza team.

Excellent service

I got serviced kindly, promptly and with the best quality. The shuttle arrangements were great. The staff provided the best service. I would visit again for the service again.

Excellent service

Great dealership! They are willing to help you get into the car you want at reasonable prices! They help you from the moment you walk in that door, and they make sure you’re satisfied before you leave. They can make it happen there. Eric is amazing at what he does. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be in my new car.

Zero communication, dishonesty, and poor customer service

This is hands down the most disorganized, dirty dealership I’ve ever been to. The staff is horrible at communication - phone calls are not returned, promises are not kept, cars are not delivered when promised. We waited over an hour in the main room waiting for finance to finally meet with us, even though they were expecting us at a specific time and we were there on time - yet somehow during all this waiting my car was STILL not cleaned/filled with gas when we went to leave. The staff knew at noon that I would be coming at 6 to get my car - 6 hours notice isn’t sufficient to deliver a clean car? And it was missing some of the options and trim I was charged for. If my husband hadn’t noticed, no one would have done anything about it. They say it’s “no haggle pricing” but that’s a lie too - they play the infuriating haggle game even when I walked in with TrueCar price guarantees. Such a horrible experience - stay far far away.

Excellent customer service

Jimmy Abgarian took my information over the phone and set us up for an appointment on saturday....We came in and in 2 hours left in our new CR-V.....We highly recommend Jimmy for a deal......We have been buying cars for a long time and this was by far our best experience.

Very Happy!!!

I told a friend we wanted a HONDA and was given Jimmy Abgarian’s name...... After a few calls we met up and an hour later I left in my new Accord.... Bes decision I have ever made!!!! Thank you to Jimmy Abgarian and Dave for all of your help!!!

I called to make an appointment for an inspection. I asked for the next day with an early appointment . I was given the 12/22 at 8am. i said that is great . I told them It would be dropped off the night before . They said use the drop box for the key . I dropped the car off and filled out the envelope and dropped it off. At 11:40 I called to ask if it was done. the woman I spoke to acted like she didn’t know the car was there. She asked who my manager was. I didn’t know. She took my info and said they would call back. They didn’t . At 12:30 I called back . I said I called earlier and no one called back. I again asked if the car was done. I had an 8 am appointment . She said it was a drop off and we have until the end of the day. I said don’t you know what an appointment is ? She said she didn’t like my attitude and hung up on me. I have been with Piazza for years. I have leased maybe 10 cars and my son got his 1st purchase there. I called back to speak to a manager and no one would pick up. I left my name and number and no one called back. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I wasn’t happy the 1st time and was nice about it. I explained when I drop my car off it’s so I don’t have to get up early to drop it off. They said they would’t do it again. they did. I am not happy.

Best treatment

I was born in 1960 and purchase many of cars in my entire life and I never had such a smooth and problem free experience like I did at Mike Piazza Honda. I don’t like playing the negotiations game, they made it very easy for me and I felt comfortable. So I bought the car

Smart buy

My lease was up on my Toyota so I figured let me try the Honda. Went to the dealership met up with one of them really nice sales people there, test drove went over numbers. Now the owner brand new Honda Pilot. Go me!
