Location

So I went to my local Honda dealership today and bought my first Honda. I was always a American made kind a guy but after talking to family members and friends, they suggest the Honda. Went to my local dealership Mike Piazza Honda found love with the Honda accord and bought it. I’m so happy my local dealership is Mike Piazza Honda.

Express oil change

Heard about the express service department at Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne Pennsylvania. I was told that I can get my oil change if I stop in before 8 AM and 4 PM....so I stopped in without an appointment and what do you know....I was in and out in under 15 minutes! Awesome! Express Service, at the top of the hill is the place to be for great service!

Bait and switch

Spent two hours back-and-forth with the sales person negotiating a price. When we agreed I told him I will be on my way to buy the car. I offered to put a deposit down and he said it was not needed. I drove 35 minutes to get there and I soon as I walked in, the sales person would not meet me at the front door and someone told me that the car I had come to get was sold. They try to upsell me a newer model for more money. I was so annoyed and upset that I left and purchased a car elsewhere

Great Experience

A wonderful staff to work with, made my wife and I feel very welcomed. Sales managers were quick to have us in and out which I was happy about. Made our car buying experience pleasant rather than miserable as the other dealerships we visited that day were. Definitely will recommend!

Would Recommend

Came in with my wife the other week after seeing a car on the lot the week prior. While we were there we were greeted by what seemed like the entire staff! It was wonderful to feel helped for once instead of people trying to force cars on you right away. We worked with Gary and he was so patient and thorough with us, showed us exactly what we were looking for which ended up being an EX CR-V. We couldn't be happier with our new purchase and we are so happy to have found somewhere that made the entire buying process painless. Very satisfied!

My New Favorite Dealer

Mike Piazza exceeded my expectations for buying a new car. I went in sorta confused on what vehicle I wanted, but when I was greeted by my salesperson George he set me straight. He was patient with me and answered all the questions I had. He went over the different kinds of accords they had and how they compared. I landed on the EX-L and I love it! I was able to leave with my new car that day and the process was very easy. Check out this dealer!

What I was hoping for

After having a awful experience at my local Honda dealership I was told to give mike piazza a try by my mother in law. The process was fast. The last thing I wanted to do was sit in a dealership for another 5 hours. Al invited me in and made sure the car was ready to go when I got there. Gary was very nice and helpful. I recommend dumping your local dealer and coming here.

Service from xxxx

The express service is a farce. Three + hour oil changes, mix ups with paperwork. They really need to get their act together. Waiting room is disgusting as well... doesn’t even have basic amenities in the restroom.

SLEEZY

I have never had such a bad car shopping experience and I have bought numerous cars throughout my life. Salesman has no business working with people. Not helpful, lied, confrontational, not willing to help, would not give a straight direct answer, did not even say goodby or ask if he could further help to make a deal after I stated I wanted a less expensive model. He simply moved on to a new customer and left us hanging. Do not use this dealership. You work too hard for your money and deserve much better. If you do go there and. Salesman named Jimmy approaches you, RUN!

Bait and switch assurances

This review is regarding my bait and switch assurances which were made at the time of purchase. Piazza was my third out four Honda dealerships I was scheduled to visit to purchase a pre-owned certified vehicle. I am a New Jersey resident and as so, I was told by my salesperson, Gary. NJ residents who purchase certified vehicles get lifetime oil changes and car washes after each service. I purchased my vehicle in December 2016 scheduled an appointment in March 2017 to have my first oil change and was told the lifetime was not for pre certified vehicles only brand new vehicles. I quickly found my sales person who relayed the same information as I did to the service department. NJ residents get lifetime oil changes on pre certified vehicles. The service department offered me one more free oil change but that's it. I would like you to know that I was not under any obligations to purchase my vehicle from them. I liked the car and the perks that came with it. I purchased the vehicle with cash and could have gone anywhere. Lifetime oil changes were very appealing to me and made and a huge factor in purchasing the vehicle. To add to the discernment, at the time of purchase Piazza had a spin the wheel contest. My first spin landed on lifetime oil changes. I was told spin again because I was a NJ resident and already receiving lifetime oil changes. I won a $250 gift card. This is just wrong and the epitome of unfair practice act. Not once but twice was I fraudulently scammed out of lifetime oil changes. When I Asked ask my salesperson will I receive something in writing about the lifetime oil changes he told me they could look up my vin number and tell the vehicle was purchased from Piazza.
