The dealership was recommended by friends who had dealt with the dealership in the past, some repeatedly. The particular salesman that we dealt with was knowledgeable, responsive, and personable. He handled the transaction efficiently and pleasantly. Of all the auto sales people that I've dealt with over many years, he would be the first one that I would recommend. My wife usually does not enjoy shopping for cars, but she genuinely enjoyed our interaction with Eric Eisgrau.

Online appointment system is easy to use. People in the service department are friendly and helpful. Even offered a Lyft ride, so I didn’t have to wait there or bother someone else .

A shout out to Mike Russo
My car needs an omission inspection. The local police already gave me a warning otherwise they will give me a tickets next time he sees me again. I called Honda to get the appointment but the help desk give me the following week appointment. I was disappointed they can’t accommodate me early. I did call again. if I can drop off service instead. Mike Russo helped and gave me an appointment in 2 days. Mike was very professional and had a good work ethics. He explained very well what needs to be done or any issue about the car . While I’m in the waiting area, I observed Mike talking to other customer. He is very polite, he even seat next to the customer (old man) make sure he understand the type of service needs to be done. He even bow down so that the old man can heard him well. For me as a nurse , that's a humble gesture . Offering a service ride so that the customer can’t wait long. I am happy about the service and to Mike Russo, thank you so much and good job. From now on I’m not using NJ (honda services/ and dealership).

Scammers
Brought my car in due to an air bag recall. A few hours later arrived to pick up my car and suddenly my key would not start my car. They said it was through no fault of there’s but they’d fix it for $895. Actually thinking about reporting this dealership with my experience to the local news. My treatment was ridiculous! This is a total scam! Gave them a chance to make it right, again they pled no fault. Do not use this dealership for car buying or repair. We’re a hard working family! Own up to YOUR part! Never again. You take advantage of families in the worst way. Be ashamed!

Jeremy sold me my first Honda. Great first new purchase. Jeremy was very honest and worked hard for a deal that worked for me. After my first Honda was totaled and I needed to purchase another car, Jeremy made sure I had another great experience. Being on crutches and injured I was picked up at home and taken the dealership for my next purchase. Everyone at Mike Piazza Honda was welcoming and checked in on how i was doing.
