Service friendly and a pleasing experience.
My car required service because of a Honda Recall. Mike Piazza Honda has very pleasant and friendly people in service department. They made some good additional suggestions to check while car still under warranty. The service was excellent and all done well. I recommend them for their wonderful service and would go back!

Oil change was good
Oil change was good but should of told me where to go when I made my appointment instead I went to the back garage and then had to go to the front garage and had to wait an hour to get it done

Deceptive "Dealer Prep Fee"
Textbook bait and switch. Advertised a great price online, we show up in person to find there’s a non-negotiable $995 “dealer prep fee” on top of that price, listed no where on their website (even in the fine print). Our salesman even admitted they purposefully advertise lower price to show up in more searches online and that the “dealer prep fee” offsets that. Appreciate the honesty but stand by the price you advertise. All the stereotypes about used car salesmen apply here.

Low Pressure - Great Service
I leased a CR-V in July 2016. They were easy to work with and very professional. Over the last 3 years they did not flood me with emails or have their service department try to rip me off like a certain Honda dealer in N.E. Philadelphia where I purchased a 2008 Civic. I returned to Piazza at the end of the lease to purchase the CR-V. Again they were extremely helpful and gave me a deal much better than I expected. Piazza is the place to go if you're thinking about buy or leasing a Honda.
