Routine service

I had my car in for routine service. Even though I had no appointment, and there were several people ahead of me, the wait was only about 2 hours. The service was, as always, very good.

Exceptional Service

I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Honda H-RV from Mike Piazza Honda, and I must say everything went smoothly, it was the easiest car purchase I've made. Dave & Robert made my experience very pleasurable he was very knowledgeable and prompt to answer any questions I had, the dealership did not have the color I wanted Dave did his absolute best to attempt to get that color, unfortunately it couldn't be found with in the search radius. Dave had my back up color choice delivered the very next day after the deposit, Dave & Robert are not your typical run of mill status quo dealer, they are both genuine guys and they don't B.S you what so ever. I highly recommend working with Piazza Honda, and working with Dave Maness, unfortunately I cannot for the life of me remember me.

George Farrell is extremely helpful and friendly!

I purchased a certified used CRV a few weeks ago and wanted to share my experience. George Farrell was my sales agent. He has helped me through the hole process. Always answers questions immediately and helps the customer understand or find a solution! Couldn’t ask for more.

Exceptional Service

The service staff was very friendly and helpful. Though my vehicle was dropped off to diagnose and fix several issues, I had it back in less than a day. This is sure to be my service center going forward. I highly recommend this service center.

Just overall not good

Did a bunch of research on a 2013 civic, got rave reviews in all categories so I went and picked it up. Just a quick summary of why I wouldn't go here again 1) In a very slick manner, sold me total xx insurance for $1300 dollars 2) the car, despite my research, had really uncomfortable seats (back problems were reported by others and law suits were filed) 3) A day later, I wanted to exchange the car for literally anything else but they said the salesman wouldn't be back for 2 days which "just by chance" be a day after the 3 day buyer remorse period. 4) Went to cash in on the 700 dollar insurance policy I got on my tires, because I got a flat, they tried to sell on the most ridiculous thing ever, said there was something wrong with my axel but they could fix it for $280.00 - asked a different mechanic who said it was 100% fine. Typical xxxxxxx dealership - never again

AC repair on 2016 Civic

AC not working. Went online to Piazza Honda and got an appointment the next morning. Very friendly and professional service department. Mike called me in three hours to tell me the car was done and that a leaking condenser was replaced. Repair was covered under warranty. Great service experience at this dealership.

100K Service on 2010 Accord

I took the car in for service mainly for 2 issues (2 separate noise issues) plus a 100K service. The 100K service was done for $1800 (which I was not expecting) but my complaints are on unresolved items. One noise was diagnosed to be with a Serpentine belt which was replaced. Rear struts replacement was recommended for the 2nd issue but I declined due to overall cost. For 100K service, the first technician explained that water pump would be replaced as part of timing belt (actually, chain) replacement. I raised concern on whether timing chain needed replacement, but was explained as essential for minder code B14. The technician who actually worked said water pump did not need replacement. Serpentine belt replacement made no difference. As I drove the car back home, the same loud noise came back which makes me wonder if it was ever tested. I have an engineering background, so, while my struts may need replacement, I am not convinced that explains the 2nd noise I am experiencing. People at the place are nice to deal with and they have been great at normal types of maintenance/replacements. But at this point, I lost my confidence on whether they can handle complicated issues. So, instead of taking it back to same place, I am taking the car to a local work shop for noise related issues. In my opinion, the place is good for routine maintenance items but questionable on other work.

Appointment for inspection

I had a wonderful purchase experience in 2016. Great service received last year for my inspection and oil change. When I called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment for inspection, which is free!I picked a Friday morning at 7:30 Am, as I am off that day. Despite explaining that I go to work T 6:30am and can’t take advantage of the drive to work option, I was told that my ‘appointment ‘ meant I would be there all day. I explained that I had no other choice, and I booked it. When I got my ‘appointment ‘ confirmation, it said it was a ‘dropOff’. And then it said the customer ‘insisted ‘ on waiting despite being told the car wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon because I also wanted an oil change. Really!, I will forgo the FREE inspection and get the oil changed at theExpress center. I feel so disrespected and hope I never need any warranty service, which, by the way I purchased for over $1000.00

Hidden fees

I never write a review but felt the need to for this - beware of the hidden fees. Car is listed as a CPO on both their website and cargurus.com. Yet, when presenting the figures for the vehicle, they added $3,000 to the internet price claiming that $1.5k was for the vehicle to be certified, and another $1.5k for reconditioning. So the cost of the vehicle prior to tax and tags etc. increased to $22,888. I contacted other Honda certified dealers while at the salesperson's desk and the other dealers confirmed that the other dealers did not have these fees. This car has been on their lot for over 90 days and this is probably the reason why. The salesman was courteous and professional during the negotiations though...
