I've had my Honda Civic for 9 years, bought from Mike Piazza Honda. The service has always been outstanding and not overpriced. I intend to buy my next car at Mike Piazza as well, mostly due to the excellent service.

Salesman eric was awesome. Unfortunately wasn’t thrilled to find out new car only had one key after purchase of the vehicle. This key is a lot to purchase on our own.

Very unhappy
Me and my family have been buying cars and using the service department for years. I’ll start with when I tried making the appointment they couldn’t accommodate me. I work Monday through Friday and I had to drop my car off the night before and find a way to get to work. The reason for the appointment was to get an oil change and look at the steering because it was shaking. I put on the envelope I didn’t want to spend over $100.00 and asked them to look at the steering first. I was told my appointment was for 7:45. I called around 1:00 to check the status. After being on hold a while, while at work, someone came to the phone and said my advisor was in a meeting. So I left a message. 2 to 2.5 hours later I called back. I was told the advisor was on a meeting so I got angry. Someone else came to the phone after speaking to the mechanic and started giving me a list of things that needed fixing. I decided not to put a lot of money in the car so I told them not to do anything. I went to pick the car up and planned to look at CRVs but when they told me there was a $143.00 charge, I freaked out. The cashier tried to get my advisor and of course she couldn’t locate him so someone else came up and said they put time in looking at the car. I understand that but I put on the envelope no more than $100.00. They should of called and told me there was a charge as that’s what I thought was said on the envelope and then I come and get charged $143.00. I even told the cashier that I was going to go look in the showroom. She did tell me to wait and talk to the advisor. I paid the bill very upset and left. I went directly to Toyota and bought a brand new car. The main reason why I’m so upset is my family has bought and leased a lot of cars from Mike Piazza Honda as well as taking our cars there for service and I thought that I would be taken care of. There were 3 Honda’s in my driveway and in front of my house but not anymore. I don’t even know who my advisor was, he was in meetings all day. Since I didn’t know the name of the person I worked with, I clicked on the first 10 names.

A pleasant experience
I just bought a brand new 2019 Honda CRV today with the help of Paulette Geftman. She made buying my first car by myself such a wonderful experience and super thankful for that and will highly recommended this dealership. Super professional and super kind.

Fantastic once again
Jimmy Abgarian helped my mom lease me a car about six years ago, and she said he was wonderful. So when I was ready to lease a car myself after graduating from law school, we decided to go back to Jimmy. I'm so thankful we did! He made the process as easy as possible, and he worked really hard to help me find something reliable and affordable. I would definitely recommend Jimmy and Mike Piazza Honda.

Used car
We had a great experience with Jake our car salesman. Can’t remember his name but he said he was the finance manager. He would have talked all night if we let him. The process of buying a car takes much to long and then to sit through him trying to talk us into a warranty and how to handle our finances we didn’t need that. They could have done a better job detailing the car

Very pleased with service
Quick, through and courteous. Used coupons. Fairly priced. Place is clean efficient and comfortable. Love the warm soft pretzels and coffee available early in the morning. Plenty of magazines and a TV.

Excellent/Caring service
I have been coming to Mike Piazza For the last five years for service. The price is explained before hand so there are no huge shocks. I appreciate that I have never had someone sneer over the age of my car. I went to the dealership that sold me my car twice then tried the dealership where I live and both places were very clipped and rushed and no one seemed able to quote a service price. I have stopped in about loud noise and had a small branch pulled out at no charge, Had a grandchild push something that prevented the door from shutting and had someone not just snap it in place but show me what happened and show my grandson and tell him why he shouldn’t press buttons and odd bits. Very impressed!
