Excellent!

Left hand not in synch with right hand

Took 4 month old Ridgeline in for delaminated window trim on both rear doors. Parts ordered. I was called and told parts are in. Made appointment. Dropped off truck. Was called and told only the passenger side trim was in and driver side on back order so i would have to come back again. Upon picking truck up found that weather strip on door was not refastened after trim was installed so i had to go back. Turning in to three trips instead of one. Wade at service good guy, however.

Great customer service

I worked with Andy to purchase a new 2020 Honda pilot exl. He was great. Very helpful and informative. I didn't feel tons of pressure to buy but the deal was good so I decided to make my purchase with them. Mike Ramirez was great as well with email communications and online pricing before I won't to the dealership. I will be referring my family and friends.

Wonderful!

I was helped by Gary Berlin. Wonderful, knowledgable, down-to-earth guy. He helped my boyfriend and I in financial payments and never pressured or rushed us. Steven - outgoing, friendly, patient - was great with offering me the best care package for my car. He even applied a coupon to make it cheaper for me! Couldn’t be any happier! Although it took 4 hours (had a few bumps), I wouldn’t have gotten the beautiful red Civic Sport 2019 without either of their help! Outstanding customer service AND experience!

My Honda Fit

I get nothing but good vibes at Mike Piazza, I have brought my vehicle for service twice and I have had nothing but professional and friendly service. I bought my vehicle at Mike Piazza and love my orange Honda Fit and when my coworker was looking for a car I recommended Mike Piazza.

My first Car

Eric made my first experience with a dealership AMAZING! I highly recommend him. He helped me understand all of the information I needed to know, but delivered it so efficiently that I was not overwhelmed. He clearly had extensive product knowledge and was able to comfortably navigate me through my new vehicle’s features and technology! I’m very thankful that Eric was the salesmen that greeted me initially and stuck with me through this entire purchase. Thanks you Eric.

Never going back

They (masterfully) tricked me into buying $800 of "tire" insurance for one thing, then, when I did get a flat, tried to charge me almost $400 saying there was other damage, which I later found out was complete xx oh, and when they fixed the flat they ran over a screw and flattened the other tire when they were fixing the other, which was an accident I know but still. Overall, its your typical xxxxxxx dealership, never going back ever Also, never believe a review that is not in-depth, anyone can create an email address in 2 seconds and leave themselves 15 great reviews.

Excellent service

Service is always excellent. Reps are always friendly and explain everything you ask with a smile. Any questions were answered completely. Advised me about routine Preventative Maintenance.

Excellent Service

Took vehicle in for oil change and state inspection. Everyone courteous and professional. Even rotated tires at no extra cost. Car ready for pick-up when specified.

Horrible thru and thru

If you have an issue this dealer principle will not stand behind you as a customer ,there people lie thru there teeth to pull you in .They had our vehicle for three month after an accident and told my wife that she should not make payments on her lease ,when i found this out needless to say I freaked out and ofcourse the dealer as expected would not stand by what they said..Low lifes bottem of the barrel dealership.
