I’m happy

I saw a used car on here at this dealer and decided to stop in and take a look at it. I called the dealer, Ryan made sure the car was pulled up for me and that they were expecting me. The 2016 civic I saw was super clean. Rob was a great salesman, honest and NO GAMES. I couldn’t be happier.

Great work service team

Very friendly service writer's and my cars oil change was done within 45minutes of my arrival! Express service is awesome and I will be back for sure!

Purchased a new car

I was at Piazza Honda for service on my previous vehicle and while I was there I purchased a new vehicle and I am very happy with my new Honda Civic 2019

Great service

Excellent job they did in my car. Great service from the moment we walked in Monica helped me and she was very patience with us . I would recommend this dealership .

Excellent customer service

George Farrell, sales representative, and Robert, business manager, at Mike Piazza Honda, worked with me to get a new car that met my needs. The fact that George was the same salesperson that sold me my Accord in 2007 speaks volumes to me about retention of their work force. I was pleased with his assistance then and was pleased with my most recent purchase.

Another Great Experience

We have been going to Piazza Honda for years to get our car repaired. In fact we recently moved about 40 miles away from Piazza Honda, but their auto service and customer service is fantastic, we always feel like they are watching out for our best interests with our cars.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

Mike Piazza Honda was and still is the worst experience I have ever had. My 2016 leased Honda Civic was rear-ended twice. The first time was 10 days after leasing the car. I had two emergency surgeries and will now have complications the rest of my life. I was also rear-ended a second time which my face smashed directly into the center of the steering wheel console which required another surgery on my face which was broken in numerous places. They were going to total the car but didn't. I continued to arrange meetings with higher ups in order to come to a resolution. The car consistently had problems after the accidents. No air conditioning - no braKes - they assured me they would get me out of the car which was nothing but a smoke screen. I am now compromised for the rest of my life. The car was being repaired for a total of 6-1/2 months (3-1/2 months for each accident). I was in the hospital in ICU and almost did not make it. They would not total the car. I meet with them time and time again to no avail. At this point I have taken it up with a higher authority. I have reported them for the third time to Honda Corporate of America If you have problems you need to call them at 1-800-999-1009. I have been pushed aside as though my own life has meant nothing and they told me to turn car in early which I did and I was assured that everything was going to be taking care of - never happened. I have all my documentation from my specialist surgeons and my disability paperwork. How would you feel having to drive a 2016 Honda Civic after it was almost totaled and was being repaired for over 6 months and get it back and not have air conditioning - no gel brakes - and a bad back tire - let alone almost losing my life. I missed 6 months of work and I am a single parent with two kids in college. This situation has compromised the rest of my life and has financially destroyed me. I still had to make $330 car payments even though I was told repeatedly that the car was most likely totaled especially after the second accident. Mike Piazza did nothing except continue to make me meet with them well over eight times in a year and every time I would spend all day there and leave with no resolution. Do they care at all - obviously not - Me and my family have been going there for over 20 years - management was very different and at that time they actually put the customer first. They have yet to resolve this issue with me so I have been left with no choice but to take to a higher authority.

We were very pleased with the service. We had bought our car in Delaware and had a problem getting it fixed because of the recall they could not take care of it we had to go to Pennsylvania. But we moved into this area anyway so we brought it here and everybody was great even though we never bought the car there. Thank you very much

Car buying experience

Friendly employees, all very knowledgeable on the vehicles and eager to help you find the perfect car for you! James was my salesman and did a great job! Everyone in the dealership worked great together, would highly recommend them!

Positive experience

We were pleased with our experience yesterday when we left our car for inspection, service, new battery, etc. We were also happy with the Lyft drivers who shuttled us back and forth. The only negative experience was that we had to have bill re-calculated to include the discounts we had applied for. Once the discounts were applied we were satisfied.
