Positive Experience

I brought my 2017 Pilot in for state inspection and emissions test.. The advisor estimated 60-90 minutes and it was done in a little over an hour. Overall experience a positive one.

Mike Piazza Honda, over the years, has proven to me that they stand behind their products, and service. As a customer, I am confident that the service they provide on my car is top notch. They will be the first, and probably the only dealership that I will go to when I’m ready to by my next car.

In Aviation it's called "Hangar Rash"

Took new Accord for Pa Inspection, emissions exempt. Technician performed Emissions anyway, during which the fuel door and rear quarter panel were damaged. Presented the issue to Dealer Tech writer who said, " The tech had no need to access fuel cap because car is emission exempt." The Inspection attached paperwork in fact revealed that a full emissions test was performed! However, the emissions tech was conveniently out of town for "training" and could not be reached for comment. We, the owners are now having to deal with auto body repair shops at our time and expense. A simple, inexpensive Pa Inspection became an expensive, time consuming ordeal. We will go back to our independent neighborhood Inspection Station for future service.

Very bad service... not a good customer service... very...

Very bad service... not a good customer service... very expensive than other...I call them to make appointment they put me hold 30 min then they hang out the phone... very very bad customer service.... 👎👎👎

Qiuck and reliable

Oil, filter and tire rotation. Always prompt friend dly a d professional. Nice and reliable. Always take car there staff is great. Glad I got there

Good buying experience

This is my second new car purchase in two years. Piazza usually beats the competition in price and service. Jimmy Abgarian promises he will come through for me.
