This is my second visit for service after several years of service at another Honda dealership. The online appointment system works well. The service advisors are great and very helpful. Happy to have made the switch!

Very Good Buying Experience
My husband and I had a very good experience buying our new Honda. This is the 5th Accord that we've purchased at Piazza. They work with the USAA Buying Service so we know exactly how much we will pay going in. There is no hasteling or upselling. While we were presented with the option to buy additional warranties and add-ons, there was no pressure and they respected our answer when we declined. Our salesperson, Eric, made very sure that we understood everything and assured us that he would be available for questions after the sale. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience and I'm sure we'll be back for our 6th Honda in a few years.

I have been at many large and fancy. But this service center employees are truly customer centric. You can experience movement you walkin. My service engineer, Alex did fabulous job from understandings my issue in detail to providing options, keeping me updated on service progress and finaly delivery. I cannot expert more from service center. I definetly going for this service center only

Paulette at Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne is exactly the kind of sales person you want to work with when buying a car. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the options available, but doesn’t push you to upgrade if that’s not what you’re interested in. She and the sales manager, Dan, worked with us to beat or match any price we had found elsewhere. Overall, I would recommend anyone to this dealership who’s in the market for a Honda and doesn’t enjoy the pressures that car buying can often have.

Went in for an oil change. Waited for the car since it was only going to be an hour. It ended up being longer, and Dwayne apologized and took $10.00 off of the service. I was impressed.
