the same as always. the service techs are fun and professional and good at getting the real work done. jodi is the one i deal with most, so she gets five stars of her own for putting up with me. anyone who rates these honest, hard-working people any lower than perfect obviously has issues that go beyond the car dealer/customer relationship. as far as sales are concerned, we?ve purchased a number of cars here. dan lanoir has been our salesman for decades. first in saratoga, then we followed him to queensbury. and while this might make him old, it hasn?t yet affected his ability to do his job. that day?s probably coming, though.

Awesome customer service from hello to goodbye. Our car has been serviced here since the day we bought it because of this. The service is done quickly and efficiently and, if an overnight stay is required, they provide a loaner at no charge. I would not consider anyone taking care of our car.
