I have worked with the service advisor Bill Porta. Excellent efforts to resolve the problem I was experiencing with my car. He kept me well informed of everything that was being done to resolve the situation - and it was.

We went in to see if I could afford to trade my vehicle for something newer. I ended up buying a brand new 2021 HRV. Larry was our salesperson and he was amazing. Ryan handled alot of our paperwork and any extras and questions we had. Overall our experience at Della Honda was wonderful and I will recommend it to others.

Disappointed! They usually always wash the car when it is serviced! They did not do this!

Great Service!

The process for repairs/maintenance at Della is always smooth from making the appointment through check out. Staff is consistently friendly , professional and knowledgeable. John was especially helpful with getting a broken visor replaced. . We will continue to recommend Della to friends and family.

I was impressed by Bill who was exceptionally kind and attentive to a question I had. The ?cashier? was also very helpful in getting WiFi access for me. Service was quick and the car wash was a real bonus.

Wonderful experience

My wife and I had never successfully bought from a dealership before, in fact a month prior had had a textbook horrible dealership experience. So we approached this dealership with some trepidation and a defensive posture. The experience at D?Ella Honda was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. Everyone we interacted with, especially Christian Baker (who was our salesman), were friendly, professional, and NEVER pressured us about anything. Christian was engaging and when he saw our one-and-half year old daughter, he showed us pictures of his little niece and made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. The entire process went smoothly, even with us offering a lower price. We came in with our hard line ?out-the-door bottom line price?, and again they worked with us pleasantly; we felt no pressure or sneaky business craftiness from them. The buying process only took a few hours (even though they were having technical difficulties with their computer system) and they took time to explain each item in the paperwork to our satisfaction. I am one of those terrible ?read every single line of the contract? nerds, and despite it being closing time, they were patient with me and again never pressured me to hurry up. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for a welcoming and pressure-free buying experience! They work hard to build relationships?Christian even sent us a thank-you card later that week. They?ve been maintaining contact with us about our couple of free maintenance check ups as well. Overall, six stars out of five! Thank you!
