unbelievably poor service

I used their web service to schedule a simple vehicle inspection. The service was valet and was scheduled for 9:30 am 5/17/21. No one showed up, so at 10am i called and was told, "My guy is on his way", then turned into eleven and STILL no one. Mind you the dealership is 10 minutes away. I love my Honda but I will NEVER do bushiness with Della Honda again!

Della Honda- awesome!

I was looking for either a sedan with AWD or a small SUV, used - preferably certified preowned. I spent weeks on line researching until I found the car I wanted, the Honda HRV and then went looking for the right car at the right price with the options I wanted. Della Honda in Queensbury NY had the exact car I wanted and I scheduled an appointment for the following day to go look at it. When I got there the next morning, they told me that they had taken a deposit on the vehicle the day before, but had almost the exact same car that they had just gotten in if I wanted to look at that one. Our salesman Jeff was friendly, outgoing and very professional. He answered all of our questions, went over the vehicle in detail, including some minor body work that they would do before picking the vehicle up. My trade in had winter tires and rims that we wished to keep. We brought the other tires and rims in, and they gladly changed them out for us as the winter tires would fit out new HRV. Jeff kept in close contact with us through the entire process. We love our new car and will be going back for another once my daughter is ready to head off to college. Nice people, nice service, awesome dealership.

Great place to buy

I called looking for a car to flat tow behind my class C RV and when i called they had me talk to Van Chikallis , Van asked a couple of questions and called me back and had me come in and test drive a 2014 Honda CRV-EXL, 1 of the few years that CRV's could be flat towed and was in my price range . From the time I went in till the time i picked up my car the process was seamless and I would recommend Della Honda or for that matter any D'ella dealership (side note-the day before, I wholesaled my Buick Encore to Della Buick and it was easy and they gave me the best price of anyone in the area) .
