Della Honda - 2021 Civic Hatchback

This is the first Honda I've purchased, after 5 previous makes and models. From the moment I inquired about the Civic Hatchback with a sales person (Paul Rodrigues), to the financial aspect (Ryan Winters), I had nothing but a positive experience. Paul was so incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. He understood by budgetary needs and did everything he could to meet my goals with this purchase. I've dealt with other sales people who were more pushy and unwilling to work within my budget, so this experience was very refreshing. Paul is personable and easy to talk to. Ryan also understood that the agreed upon monthly payment was right where I needed it to be, and wasn't pushy at all with the extra add-ons that would have brought the payments too high. Both are great human beings and made my experience a positive one. I haven't even mentioned the car yet. I've been driving it for a week now and absolutely love it. The features I got for the price of this car are fantastic. It's an excellent value, a quality car, and looks amazing. I look forward to driving it each and every day.

R. Cronin Della Honda Service

Excellent customer service. The service people are really wonderful to deal with, very accommodating. My only concern is with their mgmt. Della is no different than any other auto dealership service dept in this regard and that is the constant emphasis to sell you something. ?You will need this or you should get that?. That emphasis is painfully obvious and gets a little old.

Recall repair

Jody was very friendly and explained what the recall was for and the B1 code for service. She reset the code( when oil change was done it was not reset. This is my second lease car and will come back.

Service at Della

Had warranty work on our 2021 Pilot completed. Getting the car in the shop through registration was quick and easy. Folks were courteous and efficient. The work involved reprograming onboard computers. Took a bit longer then I expected but was certainly not objectionable.
