Della went above and beyond
Della?s sales rep Jeff went above and beyond in helping me get into the vehicle that I really wanted by ordering the specific model and color and on top of that he got it for me at a great price after initially thinking it would be out of my price range!! He was extremely friendly and he the made the whole process go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jeff and Della Honda to any of my friends.

Once again the service department goes above and beyond. I arrived at D'Ella with a flat tire and a donut on the car. I drive quite a distance to get to D'Ella. When it was discovered that the tire could not be repaired and 2 new tires would have to be ordered Jodi and Jim in service worked the usual magic found at this dealer and got me a loaner until my tire could be replaced. Not a lot of places take such good care of their customers and that is why I keep buying cars from D'Ella Honda and bringing them back for service.

Purchasing a vehicle at D'ella
When you combine a knowledgeable staff with willingness to make a deal that is beneficial to both parties, you can't miss. That's exactly what I encountered. I had numerous questions and they knew the details immediately. Before I buy anything I try to learn as much as I can about it. They had answers and then some. Had a very peculiar situation with my 2010 Accord EX-L. The vehicle was there for 2 days. The service advisor kept me fully aware what steps were being taken to try to resolve the problem. I was at home while the vehicle was at D'ellas and he (Bill) didn't hesitate to call me to keep me informed. Excellent customer service. One thing I really appreciated - When it was determined it would take a substantial amount of time to attempt to repair/resolve the problem, an individual took me home while I was at the dealership. He then returned to my home two days later and took me to the dealership so I could retrieve my car. Talk about customer service!
