i bought a new honda accord down south. had the car for 3 months had 3000 miles on it still like new wanted to trade for a truck they gave me the run around on 2 different trucks told me they couldn't get me a truck so i asked if i could get a up grade to a 2022 ridgeline they said they still couldn't do it for some reason so i called honda finacial and they approved me over the phone so i went to saratoga honda 5 minutes after i was there i got a 2022 ridgeline RTL-E with no hassle.

Overall great experience at Della Honda. Our salesperson Nicole was wonderful. She was very personable and took the time to explain every feature of the CRV EX we came to purchase. There was one minor issue with pricing which was rectified by the GM Eric. It's a very stressful time to buy a car right now and Nicole really helped to make it as easy as it could be and called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Got a fair price on our trade and drove off the lot with our new CRV. Happy 2021 CRV owner.
