During a simple oil change a slow leaking tire due to a screw is discovered. Naturally agree to have it repaired and might as well rotate the tires. Pick up the car after hours and the TPMS light is on. Tires appear fine, so scurry over to the nearest Stewart's and find a tire at 24 pounds. Not a big deal. A day later, my wife comes home from a short errand and complains of a funny noise. I take it for a quick drive and immediately know the lug nuts are SUPER loose on a rear tire. Using the factory supplied lug wrench I tightened 19 out 0f 20 lug nuts. Sent 2 emails and didn't hear from anyone.

Honda CR-V

Damien Tucker was an amazing salesperson! He went above and beyond to help me find the right fit for a new vehicle. His knowledge of the process and of the CR-V was excellent. When I picked up my new CR-V he spent so much time explaining all of the new technology and was methodical and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Damien Tucker as your next salesperson. I would also highly recommend Erik Forlie and his team at D’Ella Honda! Every part and piece of this experience was seamless and each person I worked with was extremely attentive. I cannot say enough times that I would highly recommend D’Ella Honda!!

Honda CRV

We are SO happy with our new CRV. Kody was recommended by a friend, and he was very patient explaining all the features of our new CRV. A great experience from start to finish! We will return!!! Thank you Kody and Kurt!
