Welcomed at the door, greeted with smiles and people eager to assist me in my lease turn in process and new lease pick up. The entire process took just over an hour and was seamless on my end. Dan was a pleasure to work with, the business manager was quick and concise, listened to thoughts/comments was not pushy trying to upsell me which i 100% appreciated. During a simple oil change a slow leaking tire due to a screw is discovered. Naturally agree to have it repaired and might as well rotate the tires. Pick up the car after hours and the TPMS light is on. Tires appear fine, so scurry over to the nearest Stewart's and find a tire at 24 pounds. Not a big deal. A day later, my wife comes home from a short errand and complains of a funny noise. I take it for a quick drive and immediately know the lug nuts are SUPER loose on a rear tire. Using the factory supplied lug wrench I tightened 19 out 0f 20 lug nuts. Sent 2 emails and didn't hear from anyone.
