Glens falls NY Honda on quaker road - mechanic forman - Johnathan was so very helpful - kind~ patient and communicated with me consistently to resolve all my vehicle issues- had alot of work done - had typo errors with warranty company Zurich and sales forman - kirt also helped me get that situated and came to my home to resolve issues!! Wow - awesome service!! also mechanic - unknown name found other issues on my vehicle ( Honda pilot) - that needed immediate attention - these Honda employees are professionals ~ a huge asset to the Honda company and customer service outstanding!!! - will definitely be back and will recommend Honda of glens falls to all my contacts -- many thanks - I appreciate them so very much --- customer - Judy Powers
