Picked up my new CRV!!

I just picked up my new CRV & it was a great experience as always!! A big thank you to Damien Tucker for everything he did for me!! He went above & beyond to make it a wonderful experience!! Also a big thank you to Ashley & Kurt for all they did!! So appreciative!! Della Honda is the Best!! Thank you all!!

Service

Routine mileage service which included oil change & filters. They told me it would take about 11/2 and they called me at exactly that time. The gentleman was very good about answering my questions and explaining the ins and outs of service.

SUPER GUY!

Damien is an amazing asset! Super helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to show us all of the features of our new vehicle.

worst place i ever dealt with

brought my car in for tire pressure lights on they said the stabilization had to be realigned spent 2 and a half hours at this place and i was charged $128 the next day lights came back on they said they would fix it tried for 2 weeks to make and appointment even called the manager still no call back i believe they will not fix it like they said they would.

Honda Pilot Upgrade

I went to Della Honda as I had worked with Erick (Sales Manager) with my previous Pilot. He set me up with Paul Rodrigues and together that got me into a new Pilot. I was certain that between vehicle price increases and stock that I would be out of luck but they pulled all the stops and we love our Pilot Sport.

Serving CRV's

D'Ella Honda exceeded my expectations in the car procurement process. Paul Rodrigues greeted me as soon as I entered the building and worked with me, in spite of the fact that I was nearly an hour early for my scheduled appointment. I had a lot of apprehension about purchasing a vehicle (and interacting with a sales associate) but Paul was very transparent throughout the process and he answered my questions clearly. He set me up with exactly the car (model, trim, color, interior, etc) that I had been hoping for and gave me an estimate with the 2022 car market. My car arrived on time and the procurement process went very smoothly. Even when we had complications (my last car was a reconstructed title, so the process was not exactly straightforward) Paul got the answers we needed to make informed decisions. I sincerely appreciated his honesty through the process and the integrity he and D'Ella maintained as they worked to get me my dream car. The team was prompt, clear, and made my car buying experience more pleasant than I had believed possible.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER

We just purchased a 2023 Honda Odyysey Touring Van. from the minute we stepped in to this dealership we were treated like royalty. The staff couldn’t be more courteous or professional. Their attention to detail is second to no one. A vehicle is a big purchase. Made even easier when dealing with people who are sensitive to your needs both financial and personal. We thank Paul for his knowledge and tutorial of our new vehicle. Kurt worked with us on our financing and Frank managed the deal. When we drove off of this lot we were smiling from ear to ear like kids on Christmas morning. We recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Hondas really are the best vehicles in our opinion and if you’re interested in one then D’Ella is the ONLY place to go! Thank you to all of the D’Ella staff for their truly professional and kind treatment of us. We are forever grateful to all of you.
