I went in for tire repair an I was told that my tire was...

I went in for tire repair an I was told that my tire was not able to be patch are plug that I needed to get a new tire I left their and went to a tire place 2 days it was their that they patch my tire and said that everything was okay that was in October and as of today nothing is wrong with my tire I was disappointed that the dealership try to charger me for something that I didn't need I would never go back there again the service department was very dishonest

In and out on what they told me the time line to pick up my car. The last time I had my car in for service, it was washed and inside cleaned. Disappointed that this time was not the case

Picked up my suv .had new engine put in . Really,wow it's...

Picked up my suv .had new engine put in . Really,wow it's dirty and has sand on it. Also my fluids were supposed to be checked.i was 2 quarts low on oil. Low in coolant and washer fluid. Also I can't see back up camera now nor catchy radio stations.i ran on a curb after my engine shut down so that was supposed to be addressed, well it wasn't.the steering wheel is crooked and it pulls to right severely. How disappointing. I'm so over it. I'm supposed to bring if back today but I'm waiting for case manager to call me because I really rather go a omewhere else. Service mgrs were nice probably just overwhelmed. Inaccuracy is unacceptable!!!!

The service department is impossible to get in touch with. I have been calling for weeks and they just never pick up and never return calls. It is very bad service.

Awesome salrs and service. Need more service techs due to Hurricane IDA work. 1 mo th to get oil change appt. Where I could wait for under 2 hours.
