The salesman was very condescending.

The salesman was very condescending. He kept calling me names like sweetheart despite me being a fully grown woman. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to drive the vehicle to test it, yet he asked the 2 other men that I was with who weren’t purchasing a car. He kept communicating with these 2 men instead of me, who was purchasing the car. He even called and asked for my significant others phone number to complete a survey.

The staff and service was on point.

The staff and service was on point. We will recommend this company to many more people. My car rides well. Thanks for treating our family well. I do recommend some free snacks and sodas for buyers while they wait. We spent 5 hour with no food there.

Eric is one of most talented sales professional ever!

Taking this opportunity to talk with someone at corporate office. Got with other people who had issues with hyundai of metairie dealership management services. I'm actually considering using tiktok and YouTube to finally expose these problems. I have other members of my family considering calling Fox 8 local news to report on this to the local community.

First thing, I made multiple contacts with you thru text messaging since March 3rd at 9:04am on my update with vehicle. 2nd text was March 24th 4:57pm no response, 3rd text message was April 6th 3:06pm response back was I'm out of town @ 3:08pm. 4th text on April 6th you responded back@3:09pm can I call to tomorrow. 5th text@ 3:10pm I responded back sure no problem that I might be working just leave a message. Guest what still waiting for phone call. 6th text April 26th @ 6:14pm I sent hey going to try to give you a call tomorrow, I should get my car Thursday need to talk with later when you get some time that was on Tuesday 4/26. Your response same day @ 6:43pm I'm in corporate meetings all day tomorrow for Wednesday 4/27. So, you text I'm available Thursday most of the day, well we know that didn't happen I called talk with an operator and left message again. So, from this point I was tricked into doing an online review at the time saying the matter was handled it was, but job tasked was not completed. been going back and forth with this I'm tired. I received the car back on April 29th been calling Hyundai since May 1st first call 12:07 pm spoke with service tech they again forward me to voicemail to parts manager no answer or call back after leaving message i would assume you, and him or same person at this point or brothers maybe. Called back on May 2nd 9:54am again no response from parts manager or you from this point. Finally last time called spoke with operator or receptionist took down my complaint and concern and she told me she would get the message to you; well, we know how that went. So, I made an appointment for service well its three weeks away, so I decide to take my car to Hyundai of Baton Rouge and get service and have them take care of my issue walked right in and waited got oil changed. I have another service visit with them in two weeks to handle my other issues with my recall and windows so now I have to drive 40 miles or so to get service wow! never thought I would have to do this. The worst part this is my 4th vehicle i purchase with Hyundai of Metairie this car was special to me, because I worked my xxx off during this pandemic picking and shipping medical supplies. I put $15,000 down on this car wrote a check and they charged my debit card, because they were in shock of the money I was putting down. so, all my business including my wife vehicle will be going to Hyundai of Baton Rouge or Ralph Sellers in Gonzales. I'm done I will not come back over there unless it's from Hyundai Road assistance and that I have no choice. Thanks for Nothing!

Service staff is always welcoming. Cara in particular gets 5 stars for friendliness and willingness to resolve issues when they arise. Definitely recommend.
