Sales experience is excellent.

Sales experience is excellent. Vita is very knowledgeable and informative, pleasant to deal with during sales. Extremely disappointed with Service. 5 weeks wait to get service on digital display and then was asked to wait an additional 3 weeks. Try driving unable to select and use basic functions very frustrating. Appointments with Fast Lane way to long. I currently have a recall, no image on my backup camera and was told to wait 25 days to have this fixed. I consider the backup camera a safety devise. Me and my family have been buying vehicles for approximately 35 years at this dealership means absolutely nothing.

They have a sign for there service department that says

They have a sign for there service department that says they have Quick Service but it takes 2 weeks to even get an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation? Don' t that is Quick! Cannot do paperwork on there cars milage for carfax!

Since I sent my review the service department contacted me and was able to service my vehicle with in 2 days. As far as the carfax issue goes they say that it ws fixed and sould show the correct milage on there site in a few days so I am waiting to hear back from them with the new report? Thank you for getting back to me on the issues! I hope the dealership begin to pay a little more attention how they do there paperwork in the future!

I was able to get my vehicle servised by the service department on 8/9/2022 and after they worked on it there are some issues! First I noticed that the ride has been very hard and when I looked on my fordpass app it was showing that the tire psi on all tires were well over 55 psi which is over the 35 psi they should be! Also the auto stop and start system does not work! I really think the service department can't do there job very well! I have yet to bring the car back to them because they will only tell me that I will need to make an appointment that will take sometime for them to set it up! I know I am not a very important person and cannot just bring it in on my time even though they were the ones who have caused these issues! I had it in for an oil change and tire rotation at there time line I wonder if they even did it?? I used to deal with another Ford dealer and they seemed always took better care issues in a timely manner!! At this time I will not recommend Bill Browns for any thing!
