In my opinion they put good reviews out so they can balance out the bad ones. What a scam. They don’t work with you. To fix the problem they offer you maintenance. Sorry a car wash and oil change is not going to help.

They work with you. Never pressure you to buy. They make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. I bought two vehicles from Bill Brown Ford and I will go back when I need a new vehicle. Great people and great to work with.

Horrible experience with Eric Cayce at Bill Brown Ford
Horrible experience with Eric Cayce at Bill Brown Ford trying to arrange a test drive. I felt discriminated against as a female car buyer, and I will consequently take my family’s business elsewhere. Plenty of Ford dealerships close by. Not worth the hassle of dealing with an unprofessional service department.

Fleet service center is very slow getting work done.
Fleet service center is very slow getting work done. Today, we picked up one of our fleet vehicles, and found out they disconnected the fuel gauge, did all the other work, and failed to reconnect the fuel gauge. The service department has progressively gotten worse over the years, but we have not found a Ford commercial service center that is convenient to our Livonia based business.

Your fleet service department service has continually spiraled downward the past 4 years. Service turnaround takes way too long. The most recent episode, the truck was dropped off 4/21, with a 5/9 promise date, but it was not done until 6/5. We then went to pick it up and the line for the fuel indicator had been frayed, and the miles tow empty registered —. So we had to drop it off again to get that fixed. This was just the most recent episode of your fleet service department and it’s service. Your service department has put doubt in where to purchase my next fleet vehicle.

We've been dealing with John DeSormeau all these years and he's always done a great job and makes the car buying experience easy. His associate Kevin Black was also a big help in tracking our 2 new vehicles.

Excellent experience with Bill Brown Ford. This was the first time I used them. I drove 2 hours and it was well worth it. I picked out my vehicle, did a trade-in, leased and got the vehicle within 3 hours. My sales person was Frank S. I would highly recommend him. Once we started to work out a deal I had his full attention until the deal was done. I love my Ford Explorer King Ranch!!
