The service department at Nalley Nissan is second to none. Their knowledge is unmatched when it comes to my trucks and I will only bring my vehicles there for service. The sales department on the other hand has a lot of work to do to be able to match the service department’s dedication to customer satisfaction.

Was told/approved for one thing but it was quickly

Was told/approved for one thing but it was quickly reversed/back tracked when i arrived at dealership. Felt like a bait and Switch kind of method. Interest rate went up and the vehicle was NOT in show room condition. Wouldn’t recommend, spend your money else where. Also bribed with 100 dollars to give a false review to hide there flaws and kind of clueless approach.
