No clarity on car prices and discounts. Deceptive auto loan rates. Pressure you to lock-in for the longest term and the highest interest rate. They don’t care about customers best interest or benefit.

I went in for an oil change.
I went in for an oil change. The service manager was very helpful and very courteous. They got the work done in a very timely manner and the checkout was very quick.

Was told I had an old pump gasket leak.
Was told I had an old pump gasket leak. So since I’ve just been trying these guys out to see how honest and competent they are, I said, I’ll take it to my mechanic that I’ve been using for 15 years and get them to take a look. he cleaned it up put it on a rack for three hours and drove it down the road and bag and it stayed nice and dry. He did find three slight loose timing chain, cover bolts, but that was not leaking. He said the oil looked like it was fresh oil, it had no road grime in it, looked like it was from changing the oil filter. They wanted $150 and to keep my truck to change the gasket, ended up costing me $60 just to get my mechanic to look at it and confirm there was no problem. They’ve never been able to get my tire rotation, right. They either do not rotate them or when they do they do not adjust the pressures. The one time they did adjust the pressures they dropped the pressure down to 45 and every tire , on a full-size truck that requires 65 and 70 in the front and back respectively. So for honesty and Competence, got to give these guys a failing grade. So nope won’t have any more service done here. And certainly will not buy my next titan here.

I was treated as though they appreciated my business. I did not have to wait for someone to help me. This was my first “well-baby check” as my suv is only 6 months old and all I needed was an oil change. Everyone was very polite, the area was clean, and customer service was great.
