Evan Boggs is the only person who was any help at all!

Evan Boggs is the only person who was any help at all! Were in early February to look at new vehicles and decided to purchase while there. Waited 2 hours to set up financing and never spoke to anyone after being given several excuses. offered to come back another day but were allowed to take vehicle home that day and were told that Nalley would bring finance/purchase documents to house. Called every day for a week and no resolution. Finally Evan made the drive to Blairsville Ga with documents but 2 items totaling $2500 had been added without our approval. We objected to these charges and were told to go ahead and sign documents and Evan would have corrections made. MISTAKE. We were told several times that the corrections would be handled but they never were. These were prepaid maintenance and appearance package. Still don't know what these are. PAYMENTS: We asked to have payments set up by mail. Good luck speaking to anyone at NMAC. I have had a live chat with a computer and an actual person via computer; don't know how you can actually speak with somebody. Was told that statement is mailed 20 days prior to due date; seven days to go and still no statement. Vehicle was not cleaned inside when we took possession, tire pressure 50 psi. Still have not received registration documents almost a month later. I will not use Nalley for anything unless absolutely necessary.

I live in North Georgia, and I will no longer go to the Nissan dealer in Gainesville called Shorkey, they are terrible. I will drive all the way to Buford to go to Nalley because you guys are the best. I purchased my car from NE so that’s where I need to stay.

They are good but not great as it depends on the service

They are good but not great as it depends on the service representatives. I had great and worst experiences at this location so team has to work on having right set of people as service representatives.
