I came for a safety recall, and after 90+ minutes the service center was unable to address the issue. They offered me no recourse other than to make another appointment and “maybe” it can be fixed next time but no guarantee. The recall simply required a software update, which they were unable to do successfully after 3 attempts

My services adviser Raushanah is the best she listened to my concerns and make sure they were taken care of, love coming to service my car at ALM HYUNDAI WEST.

I arrived (third car) line at 8:15 am for 8:30am appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. I was not told by anyone that I had to check-in again inside, after the outside employee checked my vehicle in. After his write-up, he said leave the key in the car, so I proceeded to the lounge. If my wife had not checked to see what the hold was up and why was our truck still sitting in line while others were being serviced I was told "they didn't know whose vehicle it was and that I was suppose to go to the counter inside service area".

Great customer service. Nice waiting room. I was greeted in very friendly way. I will return!

Don’t go here to get your recalls done. My vehicle was fixed a month ago, but then I had to go back to make sure they did it right. They still don’t know if the recall was completed properly and I’m waiting to hear back. They are very disorganized.

Service was not done as they claimed I used all my complimentaries up. NOT TRUE

I couldn’t get any of the items still under warranty looked after. They said that I would have to leave my car and that it week take about a week or more before they could get to it.
