My experience at ALM Hyundai West was phenomenal! I came in a little nervous but Jean was very good at getting me what I wanted and very nice. He was also very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new vehicle.

Pleasant experience from the time I drove up til I left. Very personable staff . Dealer was kinda too crowded at the time . Too many cars in parking lot. Hard to drive in and out.

Bad,not consistent, don't no what they are doing I have bought my car in 4 time in I week for the same thing check engine light on in a brand new car that hasn't had it first full strand then they damaged my car without letting me no they did I have no respect for this dealership none fix my dam car

Same check engine light indicator supposedly repaired on last visit as well as off & on since auto was purchased is once again on. I am a senior who Cannot keep running there or driving with indicator on, NOT KNOWING whether is a VALID warning or not
