The staff was absolutely wonderful. The service person with whom I met was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept me updated. Taylor went above and beyond to help me. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean. Negative: No one at either of the dealers I went to has any idea what the KSDS software update is. I got a mailer/flyer about it and tried to get it done. NO ONE knows what I am talking about. I am baffled by this. Finally, of course, the cost was exorbitant for work that needed to be done. My regular mechanic will be doing it for $1121 less than quoted here.
