Lacks customer service and suggests unnecessary repairs.
Lacks customer service and suggests unnecessary repairs. I had a loaner and was NOT notified my card was ready. Next day I get receive a call that I need to return the loaner call with an an attitude. I made me feel that I was keeping the car on purpose. The loaner call was on the garage and not used.

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had!
One of the best buying experiences I have ever had! Awesome staff that was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in my new car in record time! They even followed up the next day to make sure I didn't have any questions about my new vehicle. I would defiantly purchase another vehicle from Martin in the future.

Dario is very passionate about the satisfaction of the
Dario is very passionate about the satisfaction of the customer. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re aware of all the safety features of you car and are comfortable with the purchase. I’ve gone to various dealerships and Dario is by far the best salesmen I have encountered.

Good, reasonably priced service for a car dealership. Service manager was attentive. Total time for this Tuesday service was not too long at all. 45000 mile service.

I've received good service at Martin with other scheduled
I've received good service at Martin with other scheduled service. However, this recent visit, I brought in my car for a recall service which turned into a disappointment. One, they didn't have the parts for the recall even after scheduling the appointment which meant, I had to leave my car and get a rental to come back on a different day. Secondly, the cars remote start stopped working after the recall service was completed. As of now, I have not been able to resolve my remote start issue with Martin Nissan because I was told by Rich(in service) that it requires me take my car in for service. Unfortunately, I live over 30 miles away from the dealership and no other dealership will service my vehicle but recommend to take it back to Martin Nissan so they can take a look.
