my brakes were replaced at 46thousand miles.

my brakes were replaced at 46thousand miles. Rotors and pads then at 72 thousand miles they started making noise. This makes me think only pads were replaced the 1st time. Their excuse was city local diving caused them to wear down to a grinding point in 26 thousand miles.

Lisa, I looked further into your experience and it looks like you had a frozen pin stuck in the caliper which did not allow the brake pad to retract all the way. Due to you living and driving in the city your brakes will automatically need to be replaced sooner than non-city driving, however as Daniel discussed with you after your service, we recommend that you do a brake service every 15K miles where we clean and adjust. Mary handled my appointment with kindness, professionalism and a good understanding of what I was there to have done. She kept me updated. My car was not dirty from being serviced. Thank you.

When I drove in initially I was not acknowledged.

When I drove in initially I was not acknowledged. although one agent was fiddling with his phone and the other was with a customer. Gary quickly finished with the customer he was attending to attend to me as soon as possible while the other guy didn’t even bother. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately the tech that serviced my vehicle did not do the tire rotation. I brought it to Gary’s attention and he addressed it right away. Sadly oversights like this start to lead to mistrust. Lack of confidence in a service center for your vehicle is not a small issue. I do have to acknowledge Gary for his commitment to great service and the customers satisfaction. He is always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always makes sure that everything is top notch before I drive off and that’s why I continue to use this service center.

Outstanding service all around.

Outstanding service all around. Needed front end work done and an oil change. came in with no appointment and had to be at work. Totally accommodated me and got the job done in a timely fashion.

Service was great.

Service was great. I needed a loaner car and they accommodated. I just wish that after all the money I paid that I’d at least get a car wash.

The prices are lower compared to other dealerships. The staff are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service overall was excellent. In particular Kasper and Chistopher were amazing.
