Charged for a service not performed.

Charged for a service not performed. I should not have to inspect my car to see it all written work was done. Had to request a credit and monitor my account to confirm that it was applied.

Adam, I am sorry again for the miscommunication during your service visit from the technician and myself. The notes about the tire rotation not being performed were written on a separate page so I did not see those notes at the time I was writing up your ticket.
